Product Terms
Products that can be accessed through STA Global LTD Platform’s website are independently researched and developed by STA Global LTD. All content, including but not limited to comments, guidance, experience, numbers, texts, algorithms, images, and databases, is created independently by BPG Global Limited. BPG Global Limited is not part of or associated with any test providers, nor does it provide any product and/or service on behalf of test providers. The purpose of our product is to provide skill training and guidance for STA Global LTD’s customers. It neither represents nor replaces any actual tests provided by any third party, including, but not limited to, test providers.
Coaching Service on STA Global LTD
We offer online career preparation coaching services and/or any related/auxiliary career preparation materials offered by coaches on our platform at www.sta-global.org or its subsidiary/affiliated websites. Each meeting lasts 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes. The content of the meeting is decided between the candidate and the coach.
1. About the Coach
Our coaches are independent third parties; they are not employees of STA Global LTD. STA Global LTD only acts as a liaison to connect the candidate with a coach, and payment will be made on our platform based on the coach’s fee. The coach has full control over the service they provide, the price of the service, the availability of coaching services, the coaching approach, and the coaching materials.
2. Meeting Process
2.1 Booking a Meeting
The candidate books a meeting with a coach by selecting the Coaching service provided on the Coach Profile and a timeslot based on the coach’s availability. Once the checkout is complete and the booking is created, the candidate will receive a full refund if they cancel the booking request before the coach confirms. The meeting status on the platform will be „Waiting for confirmation.” If there is no response from the coach within 72 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled.
2.2 Meeting Confirmed
Once the coach confirms the booking request, the candidate is charged for the meeting. At this stage, both candidates and coaches CANNOT cancel the meeting. The meeting status on the platform will be „Confirmed.”
2.3 Meeting in Progress
The meeting has started, and its status is changed to „In progress.” Candidates and coaches can send materials directly during this meeting.
2.4 Meeting EndedAfter the coach has ended the meeting, the meeting status on the platform will be changed to „Ended.” If there are any problems, please take action within 3 days of the meeting ending. Your meeting will be automatically completed after 3 days if there are no issues.
2.5 Meeting Completed
When both parties (the coach and the candidate) confirm the meeting is completed, it will be marked as „Completed.” Our customer support team cannot help you solve problems if your meeting is marked as „Completed.” Therefore, you should contact BPG Global Limited within 3 days of the meeting ending.
Rescheduling a Meeting
There are two different types of rescheduling actions:At the Waiting for Confirmation Stage: The candidate can change the timeslot after they have sent a booking request to the coach. The new booking timeslot will replace the previous one, and the coach will need to confirm the new timeslot.At the Confirmed Stage: The rescheduling action will be performed in the form of a request to the coach. If the coach confirms the new schedule, the meeting will be conducted in the new timeslot. If the coach rejects the request, the meeting will retain the timeslot previously confirmed by both sides. If there is no response to the request, the meeting is deemed canceled by the person who requested the rescheduling.
Cancellation & Refunds of Sessions
You can cancel your booking request and will not be charged. However, you are NOT allowed to cancel a confirmed meeting, resulting in no refund. In the event of an urgent matter, you can discuss it with the coach. If the coach agrees to your cancellation request, send an email to info@sta-global.org (along with proof) to cancel. Our team will check with the coach, and you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the price of the coaching session. A conducted meeting is non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, if you find the quality of our materials to be unsatisfactory AND are able to provide specific complaints, you can request a partial, or in some specific cases, a full refund. In the case of a failed test, we can provide you with a refund of 50%.
Please note that if the customer simply says „I don’t like it” or was looking for something else without legitimate justifications, we CANNOT proceed with a refund.
Please be advised that no refund policy is applicable to products and services provided by coaches.To claim a refund, please visit this page to submit your specific complaints, and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
Please note that with any refund, your access to our products will be revoked.
Payment & Pricing
All transactions performed on our website are powered and protected by PayPal, allowing you to purchase our products with credit/debit cards OR a PayPal account. If you have any trouble processing your purchase, please reach out to our team at info@sta-global.org for further instructions.
Accessing Purchased Products
Once the payment has been completed, we will send you an email containing the link to the learning interfaces of the products you have purchased, which include web-based apps, PDFs, videos, and interactive courses, depending on each product. Purchased products will also be available for access through your User Dashboard, which can be accessed through the profile icon located on the top-right of the screen.
